Ok, let’s cook sweet and sour wrrped radish!!
I only used some vegetables and fruit
but you can add whatever you wnat like ham or crab sticks 😉
< Ingredients >
1 oriental melon
a bunch of water parsley
a piece of beet
one gardenia seed
water, vinegar, sugar (2:1:1 ratio)
1 teaspoon salt
some pine nuts
Cut radish into thin slices (about 01.mm)
Add water, vinegar, sugar (2:1:1 ratio) and 1 teaspoon salt in a bowl.
Let 1/3 sliced radish soak for 3 hours
Same for another 1/3 sliced radish but add one gardenia seed
Put the last of sliced radish into a bowl and add a piece of beet together
Slice oriental melon, cucumber and carrot into 0.3cm small pieces
Put into a bowl of water, vinegar, sugar (2:1:1 ratio)and 1 teaspoon salt for 3 hours
Blanch water parsley in boiling water, linse with cold water and drain
Put sliced ingredients on the radish
Wrap and tie up with parsley. Put a pine nut on the top of it.
