Buckwheat Crepe


 Lastly, buckwheat crepe!!

 < Ingredients >

1/2 cup of buckwheat flour

1  cup of water

bunch of bean sprouts

sliced ripe kimchi

1 tablespoon mushroom powder

 Prepare some sliced ripe kimchi and squeeze the water out

 Boil bean sprouts and drain thoroughly

 Slice into small pieces

 Stir fry sliced kimchi in a greased pan

 Add boiled bean sprouts and 1 tablespoon mushroom powder

 Stir fry for 5 minutes

 In a bowl, put 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour and one cupt of water

Mix them well

 Cook the batter thinly just like crepe batter

 Put stir fried kimchi and bean sprouts on the top of it

 Wrap it

 Cut into half
