noodles


I usually eat rice with every meal

but sometimes have noodles 😉
1< Ingredients >

plain noodles

1/5 carrot

1/5 zucchini

broth : 10 dried anchovies

3 pieces of dried sea tangle

half onion

marinade : 4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon red pepper powder

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 teaspoon sesame seeds
2In a pot, put water, 10 dried anchovies, 3 pieces of dried sea tangle

 and half onion.

Boil well and cool it down.

strain through a sieve and store in the frige.
3Slice onion, carrot and zucchini into small pieces.

Blanch and drain.
4Boil the noodles, rinse in the cold water and drain.
5Make marinade : mix 4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red

pepper powder, 1 teaspoon sesame oil

and 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
6Put noodles and vegetables in a bowl.

Pour cold (or hot) broth and add marinade.
