seaweed soup

Is there any special food you eat on your birthday except cake??

We have, it’s seaweed soup!! 🙂

Also mothers eat this soup for a while after the birth

cause seaweeds are high in iron so good for recovery.
1< Ingredients >

Sea mustard ( dried sea mustard 200g)

clam 300g

1 tablespoon sesame oil

3 tablespoon soy sauce
2Wash clam in salty water well and drain
3Cut sea mustard into 4cm slices

( If you have dried sea mustard, keep it soaked in water first)
4In a pot, put 1 tablespoon sesame oil and sliced clam.

Stir fry for 5 minutes

5Add sliced sea mustard
6Stir fry again for 5 minutes
7Pour water 3000cc
8Boil well and add some soy sauce!!
9Birthday soup is ready! 😉
