Last friday was one of the hottest in korea
and we usually eat this chicken dish as invigorating food! 😉
< Ingredients >
4 chickens
5 ginsengs
5 garlics
10 jujubes
glutinous rice 2 cups
salt
a little bit green onion
Prepare 4 chickens!! Wash well and drain
Wash ginsengs, jujubes and garlics
Soak glutinous rice 3 hours and put in a bag
Tie up!
Put some garlics into each chicken
In a big pot, put all chickens, jujubes, garlics, ginsend and bag of rice
Pour water to cover all ingredients
Boil over high heat for 1 hour and low heat for 30 minutes
