sesame leaves kimchi


I’m into this kimchi these days!!

not only simple to cook but tastes really good 🙂

< Ingredients >

Sesame leaves 400g

1/2 onion

1/2 carrot

7 tablespoons fish sauce

8 tablespoons anchovy stock

3 tablespoons red pepper powder

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup or corn syrup

Wash sesame leaves in cold running water

and drain

Slice onion and carrot

In a bowl,

put 7 tablespoons fish sauce, 8 tablespoons anchovy stock,

3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon crushed

garlic and 1 tablespoon corn syrup

Mix well and add sliced onion & carrot

Spread the marinate on each sesame leaves

Put them in container and store in refrig for a day

After that, enjoy with rice 😉
