glutinous rice cake


The national academic aptitude test is on next thursday!!

We usually give this glutinous rice cake  to students

wishing good luck 🙂

< Ingredients >

glutinous rice flour 1kg

2 tablespoons sweet pumpkin powder

6 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon salt

red bean jam 200g

some starch flour

prepare red bean jam 200g

make bite sized balls

In a bowl, put 500g of glutious flour, 1/2 tablespoon salt and

3 tablespoons sugar

Add hot water and make a dough

The other 500g rice flour! Add 2 tablespoons sweet pumpkin powder, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 tablespoon salt

Make a dough with hot water

On a dough, put red bean ball!

When they are all ready,

Boil!! When it’s floated, take out and rinse in cold water.

coat with starch flour and shape into donut
