cinnamon cookie

Baked cinnamon cookie 🙂

< Ingredients >

weak flour 140g

baking powder 1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

butter 70g

sugar 70g

1 egg

a little bit salt

Heat butter on microwave oven 20 seconds and add sugar70g

Mix well

Put egg and mix again

sift together flour 140g, 1 teaspoon baking powder,

a little bit of salt,

and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder into the bowl

make dough!

roll dough out and make any shape you want using cooking mould

Put them on the oven pan and sprinkle sugar on the top of cookies

bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees
