Once upon a time, when there’s nothing to eat in the winter,
people dried slices of white radish and made this side dish 🙂
Still we enjoy this in the winter!
< Ingredients >
dried slices of white radish 200g
dried slices of squid 100g
a cup of red pepper powder
1/3 cup of anchovy sauce
a cup of anchovy stock
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
5 tablespoons corn syrup
1 tablespoon sesame seed
I sliced white radish and dried in the sun for 3 days
Sock dried slices of radish in the tepid water for 15 minutes
And then, drain
Same for dried slices of squid.
Soak in the water
In a bowl, put a cup of red pepper powder, a cup of anchovy stock,
1/3 cup of anchovy sauce and 1 tablespoon crushed garlic.
In a bowl, put slices of white radish and squid. Add seasoning.
sprinkle sesame seeds and put and 5 tablespoons corn syrup.
