seasoned wild chive & white radish


Weather is still cold but I feel it gets warmer.

Spring is coming!! Do you feel it??

Wild chive is one of vegetables which signal the arrival of spring

Don’t you want to try the taste of spirng?? 🙂

< Ingredients >

wild chive 140g

white radish 400g

red pepper powder 3 tablespoons

soy sauce 2 tablespoons

vinegar 1 tablespoon

corn syrup 1 tablespoon ( or maple syrup)

sesame oil 1 tablespoon

sesame seed 1 tablespoon

wash wild chives well and drain

julienne a radish and slice wild chives into small pieces

In a bowl, put sliced radish and red pepper powder 3 tablespoons

Mix well

Add sliced wild chives, soy sauce 2 tablespoons,

vinegar 1 tablespoon, corn syrup 1 tablespoon ( or maple syrup),

sesame oil 1 tablespoon and sesame seed 1 tablespoon.

Mix well agian!
