Made some pickle with Hizikia fusiformis 😀

< Ingredients >

Hizikia fusiformis  5kg

pickle water ratio : water 1 : vinegar 1 : sugar 1

Prepare fresh Hizikia fusiformis

blanch slightly

drain

Prepare pickle water

In a big container, put Hizikia fusiformis

Pour pickle water~leave it for a day

Do you see the color has been changed?!

This is sweet and sour!

good to have this with port dish
