seasoned chive


 Seasoned chive is spring food 🙂

< Ingredeints >

chive 200g

some lettuce

1/2 onion

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons red pepper powder

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon citron preserved in sugar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

a little bit sesame seeds

Prepare some chives

Wash well and slice into 3 cm pieces

Slice som lettuce and 1/2 onion

In a pot, put all sliced vegetables, 2 tablespoons soy sauce,

2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon crushed garlic,

1 tablespoon citron preserved in sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil

and a little bit sesame seeds.

Mix well

This is so good with soy bean paste soup! 😀
