canola and chive kimchi


Spring kimchi 😉

< Ingredients >

canola 700g

chives 400g

1/2 cup of salt

sesame seeds

1/2 dried anchovy stock

1 cup of red pepper powder

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon crushed ginger

clean canola and chives~wash them in cold water

sprinkle coarse salt and leave it for 30 minutes

sprinkle coarse salt and leave it for 30 minutes

salt water, in case of chives!

rinse and drain them

In a bowl, put canola and seasoning

mix them well

same for chives

spring kimchi is ready 🙂
