fried a medicinal plant of the family Umbelliferae


Still I can’t find out the name of thie vegetable…nobody knows??

Anyway, fried this one was so great! 🙂

< Ingredients >

a medicinal plant of the family Umbelliferae 100g

2 cups of frying powder

one and a half cup of water

wash in running water and drain

In a bowl, put some frying powder and pour some water

Mix well

coat the leaves with the mixture

Fry!!(just for a minute)

crispy and this has special fragrance!
