korean leek pancake


It has been raining all day..

and this is what we love to eat on a rainy day!

< Ingredients >

korean leek 250g

mussel 600g

5 chillies

water 400cc

3 and half cup of flour

egg

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon mushroom power

slice korean leek into 4cm

slice chillies into small pieces

also mince mussel

In a bowl, put 3 and a half cup of flour, egg, 400cc water,

1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon mushroom powder

Mix well

Put all sliced vegetables and mussel

mix again

pan fry in a greased pan

The longer it is cooked, the crisper it becomes
