Have you ever seen sea cucumber??
This looks so weird
but really healty sea food and we call this ‘ginseng of sea’
So, try this one if you have a chance 🙂
< Ingredients >
10 sea cucumbers
some vegetables( carrot, korean leek, lettuce, sesame leaves, sedum)
1 tablespoon red pepper paste with vinegar
These are sea cucumber
cut them in a half and remove internal organs
rinse in running water well
slice into small pieces
Prepare sliced vegetables
In a bowl, put some hot rice, sliced vegetables and sea cucumber
add some red pepper paste with vinegar!
Mix well and enjoy!
