Banquet Noodles


Today’s first recipe is Banquet noodles!! 🙂

I’ve searched why we call think ‘Banquet noodle’

and found the reason.

In the past, people used to eat this noodle

in a wedding or birthday party!

< Ingredients >

plain noodles for 4 people

half onion

1/5 carrot

1/5 zucchini

***stock***

10 dried anchovies

3 pieces of kelp

half onion

***seasoning***

5 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons red pepper powder

some sliced green onion

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon crushed garlic

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

In a pot, pur all ingredients for stock and boil.

slice onion, carrot and zucchini.

blanch sliced vegetables slightly and drain

boil the noodles

drain

In a container, put all ingredients for seasoning and mix well

In a bowl, put noodle and vegetables.

Add one or two tablespoons of seasoning and pour the stock! 🙂
