solomon’s seal root 400g
4 cups of glutinous rice
Prepare 3 chickens, wash well and drain
Wash garlics, jujubes and solomon’s seal root too!
keep glutinous rice soaked in water for an hour
In a big pot, put chickens, jujubes, garlics and solomon’s seal root.
