Rice rapped in greens!!
This tastes much better with spicy chilli, onion
some lettuce and crown daisy
5 tablespoons soy bean paste
2 tablespoons red pepper paste
citron preserved in sugar
(honey,sugar,corn syrups are fine)
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons red pepper paste, citron preserved in sugar,
1 tablespoon crushed garlic,
We call this ‘ssamjang’ and this is really good with vegetables like cucumber, onion,lettuce, steamed cabbage ..etc!!
