seasoned shishito pepper


A bit spicy but yummy side dish! 🙂

< Ingredients >

shishito pepper 500g

 1 tablespoon salt

**seasoning

3 tablespoons anchovy sauce

one and a half tablespoons red pepper powder

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1 tablespoon sesame seed

remove stem and wash well

In boiling water, put 1 tablespoon salt and blanch shishito peppers.

rinse with cold water and drain

In a bowl, put blanched shishito peppers

and all ingredients for seasoning.

Mix well!
