Fermented Skate and Steamed Pork Slices Served with Kimchi


This is a local dish of southwest province.

I can’t say that I love this food

cause fermented skate had a very strong smell and taste.

If you have chance to try this food and you’re enough brave to try new food, go for it! 🙂

< Ingredients >

a pack of fermented Skate

some pork

one tablespoon turmeric

some ripe kimchi

chop pork into 3~4 pieces

boil them with one tablespoon of turmeric4
when they’re cooked,

slice into small pieces

you can purchase this fermented skate

in a fish market in south korea!

place sliced port, fermented skate and ripe kimchi in a plate
