fish soup


This is one of my favorite soup!

As you see, so many ingredients in this soup

This soup makes you healthy and strong 😀

< Ingredients >

fishes

bean sprout

cabbage

dried braken

taro stem

chillies

green onion

chives

agastache leaves

red pepper powder

soy sauce

soy bean paste

crushed garlic

chinese pepper powder

Prepare some fishes

In a big pot, pour water and boil it with fishes

strain gravy!

wash all vegetables and drain

slice into small pieces

put them all into the fish stock

Add some red pepper and soy bean paste

cook for a while

put sliced chillies, green onion, crushed garlic and agastache leaves

add soy sauce & chinese pepper

boil again!
