Homemade buger is better way to enjoy healthy buger 🙂

< Ingredients >

strong flour 200g

weak flour 50g

sugar 30g

salt 3g

yeast 5g

tepid milk 90g

tepid water 80g

tomato

onion

ketchup

beef

chillies

crushed garlic

oilve oil

salt & pepper

In a bread machine, pour tepid water & milk and add yeast

mix well

shift flour and salt

make a dough

make small balls and leave them 20 minutes

bake for 15 minutes in 150 degree preheated oven

Prepare sliced tomato, onion, chillies

In a greased pan, stir-fry chillies, onion and crushed garlic

put beef in the pan and cook it

add salt & pepper

cut in half the bread and put totamo, onion and stir fried beef!

Add some ketchup if you want~
