sweet pumpkin salad

< Ingredients >

1/2 sweet pumpkin

2 tablespoons yogurt

one tablespoon honey

some raisin and almond

Prepare yogurt, almond and raisin

Prepare a half of sweet pumkin.

Peel, remove seeds and slice into 6~7 pieces.

After that, steam it!

slice raisin into small pieces

crush almond

In a bowl, put sweet pumpkin and mash it!

mix it with yogurt and honey

And then, add sliced raisin and crushed almond
