seasoned sweet potato stems


Do you know that you can eat sweet potato’s stem?!

This is so good side dish 😀

< Ingredients >

a sheaf of sweet potato stem

some salt

5 tablespoons fish sauce

3 tablespoons red pepper powder

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

some sesame seed

In a pot, pour some water and add a little bit salt

boit sweet potato stem till they turn to yellowgreen

rinse with cold water and drain

slice into 3 cm

In a bowl, put sliced sweet potato stems, fish sauce, red pepper,

crushed garlic and sesame sweed

mix well!
