young radish Watery kimchi


This kimchi is for summer!

You can make bibimbap or noodle with this one 🙂

< Ingredients >

2 sheaves of young radish

3 cups of coarse salt

10 chillies

2 onions

2 tablespoons crushed garlic

1 tablespoon crushed ginger

water 1500cc

one tablespoon flour

a little bit roasted salt

Prepare 2 sheaves of young radish

slice the leaves into 3~4 pieces

wash with cold water and preserve in salt for 2 hours

wash well and drain

boil water 1500cc with one tablespoon flour

cool it down and add a little bit roasted salt

slice onion into small pieces

grind red pepper

In a big bowl, put preserved radish leaves and pour the boiled water

put sliced onion, grinded chillies, crushed garlic and ginger

Mix well!!

Let stand it at room temperature for a day and put in the refrig
