seasoned sliced radish


Simple side dish you can make with radish 🙂

< Ingredients >

1/3 radish

green onion

3 tablespoons red pepper powder

one and a half spoons  soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon crushed garlic

one tablespoon citron preserved in sugar

( or just sugar or honey)

2 tablespoons vinegar

sesame oil & sesame seeds

Julienne radish and green onion

In a bowl, put sliced radish and red pepper powder

mix well

Add sliced green onion, crushed garlic, citron preserved in sugar,

sesame oil, sesame seeds and soy sauce

Mix well!

So good to have it with a bowl of rice!
