You know, I live in busan and this city is so popular for seafood.
Besides, my father loves fishing and this mean, I eat lots of sea food!
My father caught this recipe’s the most important ingredient-croaker 🙂
2 green onions
some crown daisy
kelp stock 1000cc
3 tablespoons red pepper powder
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
a little bit soy sauce
My father caught this big fish!! it’s almost 44cm!!
Cut into 4 pieces
Prepare sliced crown daisy, radish, chillies and green onion
In a pot, pur kelp stock and add 3 tablespoons red pepper powder & sliced radish.
Bring to a full boil
put sliced fish and boil for a while
When fish is cooked, add a little bit soy sauce and crushed garlic
Lastly, put sliced chillies, green onion and crown daisy
