Fried Tofu Rice Balls with seasoned vegetable


Today’s the last recipe is fried tofu rice balls!

We usually cook this when we go  picnic 🙂

< Ingredients >

vegetables ( bean sprouts, ballon flower roots, braken, and

winter grown cabbage)

picked radish

pickled vegetable ( I  usded pickled oriental melon )

carrot

rice

vinegar

corn syrup

a little bit salt

Prepare sliced seasoned vegetable!

pan fry slightly

chop picked oriental melon, pickled radish and carrot

Drain fried tofu ( you can purchase this in grocery)

Make a sauce ( mix corn syrup, salt and vinegar)

Mix the all ingredients with rice

add some sauce

put them into the fried tofu!
