I’m back with new recipes 🙂
First one is korean traditional rice cake
and we eat this on korean thanks giving day!
< Ingredients >
potato powder 1 kg
6 cups of water
3 cups of mung bean
Salt & sugar
some sesame oil
some sweet pumpkin powder, beet powder, green tea powder, carrot power
soak mung beans in the water for a day
add some sugar and salt~mix well!
Pour hot water with salt into a bowl and mix it with potato powder
make four pieces of dough!
Put some powder (green tea, sweet pumpkin, beet, carrot)
see? these colorful doughs!
Make a small circle and put steamed mung bean on it.
Fold dough in half!
steam for 20 minuts over high heat!
