This is simple side dish and good to eat these cold days! 🙂
< Ingredients >
some boiled corns
2 cups of kelp stock
two eggs
some salt & chives
boil corns
boil water with kelp and make kelp stock
Prepare some boiled corns and sliced chives
strain eggs through a sieve ( this is for more softer taste)
In a pot, pour 2 cups of kelp stock, a little bit egg, boiled corn
and eggs.
cook for 3 minutes over high heat.
After that, cook, stirring over low heat
put some sliced chives
