green tea roll cake


When I feel down,

I always eat sweet dessert cause it makes me feel better 🙂

< Ingredients >

dough (3 eggs, sugar 70g, weak flour 50g, olive oil 10g, liquid coffee 10g, green tea powder 10g)

whipped cream 180g + sugar 20g

Make meringue with the white of eggs and sugar had mixture

put the egg yolk

Mix

SAMSUNG CSC

sieve weak flour and green tea powder

put them into the bowl

SAMSUNG CSC

mix the powder with meringue

add liquid coffee & olive oil

mix!

pour dough on the baking pan on parchment paper

level the dough  with spatula

bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes in the oven

make whipped cream!

cool down the bread and spread cream

roll up and store in fridge for an hour
