soy sauce braised quail egg & devil’s tongue jelly

It’s already December and new year is coming!!

Hope you guys had wonderful days in 2015 and will have more wonderful days in 2016!!! 😀

Anyway, today’s first recipe is soy sauce braised quali egg & devil’s

tongue jelly. you can use other ingredients

such as shishito pepper, egg, or potato..

< Ingredients >

30 quail eggs

one pack of devil’s tongue jelly

some white radish, carrot and chillies

seasoning : used braise short rips’ sauceSAMSUNG CSC
boil the eggs for 10 minutes

peel the eggs
SAMSUNG CSC
rinse with cold whater
SAMSUNG CSC
Prepare sliced chillies, white radish, carrot and devil’s tongue jelly.

In the boiling water, add one tablespoon of vinegar and boil devil’s 

tongue jelly for 2~3 minutes.

Boil the seasoning

put all ingredients except chillies and cook over high heat

boil down SAMSUNG CSC
put sliced chillies and cook over medium heat for a minute

yummy side dish! 😀
