This is korean traditional soup for new year!
You get a year older when you eat this soup 🙂
< Ingredients >
slices of bar rice cake 850g
sliced beef 200g
one tablespoon sesame oil
a sheet of dried laver
a little bit of soy sauce
prepare slices of bar rice cake~rinse with water and drain
pan fry egg yolk, egg white and a sheet of dried laver separately.
slice into several pieces.
grease a pot with sesame oil and fan fry sliced beef
pour water 2000cc and when it’s boiling,
put slices of bar rice cake
When, the slices of rice cake rise to the surface, add some soy sauce
cook for a while
decorate it with egg yolk, white and dried laver!
