bean jam buns

< Ingredients >

strong flour 300g

milk 153g

an egg

instant dry yeast 6g

salt 6g

sugar 48g

butter 36g

bean jam (some bean,sugar &salt)

In a bread machine, pour milk and add egg

put sieved flour, yeast, sugar and salt and mix well

And then, put butter and mix again

ferment the dough
SAMSUNG CSC
prepare bean!
SAMSUNG CSC
boil well
SAMSUNG CSC
crush and mix it with sugar & salt
SAMSUNG CSC
make small balls
SAMSUNG CSC
cover it with dough
SAMSUNG CSC
make a shape like this photo

ferment again.

back for 20 minutes at 190 degree pre-heated oven

voila!
