< Ingredients >
port rinds 1 kg
one tablespoon soy bean paste
one teaspoon salt
rinse port rinds & vegetable with cold water and drain
In a pot, put pork rinds and slices of ginger and pour water till it covers pork rinds
boil for 20 minutes over high heat
remove fat inside of pork rinds
rinse with hot water
julienne pork rinds
In a pot, put sliced pork rinds and one tablespoon soy bean paste.
pour water till it covers pork rinds and mix well
boil for 30 minutes over high heat and cool it down
put sliced vegetable and salt & pepper
( you can put spicy chilli, garlic. etc)
pour them into stainless container and leave it for a day
Now, they are just like jello!
slice into several pieces
good to have this with ssamjang or ripe kimchi!
