Chiffon cake


Need this when you’re blue!

< Ingredients >

weak flour 70g

maize starch 10g

baking powder 3g

3 eggs ( egg white 65g, yolk 50g)

vegetable oil 60g

water 60g

put egg whie and sugar in a bowl

make meringue using balloon whisk


put egg yolk and sugar in a bowl

mix it well with vegetable oil and water

put seived weak flour, maize starch & baking powder~ mix a bit

add meringue and mix it

pour it into a mold and bake for 35 minutes in 170 preheated oven
