Already spring here in South Korea!
I’m back with some recipes for spring~hope you guys like these 😉
< Ingredients >
some sea cucumber
*seasoning: 1 tablespoons red pepper paste
1 tablespoons red pepper paste
1 tablespoon corn syrup
1/2 tablespoon crush garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Prepare some fresh sea cucumber.
These look a bit weird but super healthy food!
cut off mouth and anus
take out the insides
clean with cold water and drain
prepare some vegetable
slice them into small pieces
same for sea cucumber
put them all into a bowl
mix them well and sprinkle some sesame seed
