egg tart


So sweet egg tart!!

< Ingredients >

pie – weak flour 220g,  butter 120g, sugar powder 50g,

an egg yolk, a little bit salt, 5 teaspoons water

filling – 4 egg yolk, milk 200g, whipped cream 105g,

sugar 80g, vanilla powder 2g

In a bowl, put ingredients for pie and mix well

make a dough and store in refrig for an hour

In a pot, pour milk and whipped cream.

When it’s boiling, put sugar, vanilla powder and egg yolk

stir well over low heat

grease pie pan!

put pie dough and prick holes with fork

pour filling!

bake for 35 minutes in preheated 180 degree oven
