pickled Ligularia fischeri leaves


you can also make pickle with the leaves 🙂

< Ingredients >

Ligularia fischeri leaves

*soy sauce water: a cup of soy sauce

2 cups of water

1/2 cup of vinegar

1/2 cup of sugar

a piece of dried kelp

prepare some Ligularia fischeri leaves

After cleaing and drain, put them into a container

pour all ingredients for soy sauce water into a pot and boil.

cool it down


press the leaves with heavy plate and pour soy sauce water

you can eat after a day but the taste gets better in a few days
