baked cockle

I live in Busan and fresh seafood is very popular here!

So, I wanted to introduce simple seafood recipe

Even if you’re not a big fan of sea food, you will like this baked cockle

< Ingredients >

some cockle

2 tablespoons coarse salt

an onion and chillies

herb (time)

Prepare all ingredients

slice onion and chillies

bake clean cockle for 10 minutes in 200 degree oven

put sliced onion and chillies on it and bake for 5 minutes more

put into a bowl and add some time! 😉
