Banquet Noodles


cool noodle for summer! 😉

< Ingredients>

noodle for 3 people

1/2 onion

1/5 carrot

1/5 zucchini

*stock:

5 dried fishes

two pieces of dried kelp

some white radish

*seasoning:

4 tablespoons korean soy sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons red pepper powder

one teaspoon sesame oil

one teaspoon crushed garlic

one teaspoon crushed sesame seed

boil water with all ingredients for stock

sieve the water, cool it down and store in refrig

prepare sliced carrot, zucchini and onion

slightly blanch zucchini, carrot and onion  in boiling water


drain

boil noodle

rinse with cold water and drain

make a seasoning for noodle

put noodle & vegetables in plate and

add some seasoning 🙂
