noodle soup with Manila clam

Do you like noodle?

This is an easy recipe of noodle soup~

so good to eat on rainy day 🙂

< Ingredients >

some manila clam

coarse salt

any vegetables in refrig

a little bit

korean soy sauce

*noodle dough: 6 cups of flour

2 cups of water

a little bit salt

1/2 tablespoon olive oil

soak clam in salt water for a day

rinse several times

In a pot, pour water and boil the clam

When they are cooked, take the out in the pot and drain

make a dough for noodle using the machine

leave the dough for an hour and then sprinkle some flour

roll dough with push stick

roll up the dough, chop and shake off flour

slice any vegetable in your frig.

I used chive, carrot, zucchine and onion

boil the clam stock (sieve before you use) and put the noodles

when it’s boiling

If the noodle is cooked, put vegetables and clam

boil for a while

This stock is a little bit salty so you don’t need to put salt or soy sause but you can add more if it’s bland
