pork bulgogi


Previously, I posted beef bulgogi~

this one is pork bulgogi 🙂

< Ingredients >

pork 700g

radish 100g

onion 100g

carrot 50g

4 chillies

1/2 green onion

*seasoning:

7 tablespoons korean soy sauce

juice of radish and onion

2 tablespoons sugar

one tablespoon sesame oil

one tablespoon crushed garlic

a little bit pepper

prepare all ingrediens

grind white radish and onion

Mix all ingredients for seasoning with white radish and onion’s juice

put pork into the seasoning

mix well and leave it for 2 hours

and chillies

put them into the bowl

mix again

cook!
