< Ingredients >
some ballon flower’s leaves 200g
one tablespoon coarse salt
one tablespoon crushed garlic
one tablespoon sesame oil
one tablespoon mushroom powder
a little bit korean soy bean sauce and sesame seed
clean the leaves
slight blanch in boiling water (add one tablespoon salt in the water)
rinse with cold water and drain
In a bowl, put the leaves and all ingredients for seasoning
