Let’s cook sliced raw fish bibimbap!

super simple!

< Ingredients >

fresh fish (my fater caught)

vegetables (lettuce, sesame leaves, chillies, chicory)

red pepper paste with vinegar


prepare fresh fish

clean the fishes and soak in ice water

rinse in cold water 3 times

slice

prepare some vegetables

slice into small pieces

In a bowl, put rice, vegetable and sliced raw fish

Add red pepper paste with vinegar

so good!
