I’m into this side dish these days!
The taste is so good but don’t know how to explain it.
If you can get butterbur’s stem, try this recipe 🙂
< Ingredients >
some butterbur’s stem
one tablespoon crushed garlic
5 tablespoons anchovy stock
one tablespoon korean soy sauce
some sesame oil & sesame seed
blanch butterbur’s stem in a salty water and peel
rinse with cold water and drain
chop into 3~4cm pieces
In a pan, put sliced stem, crushed garlic, korean soy sauce and anchovy stock.
When it’s cooked, add some sesame oil and sesame seed
