bulgogi kimbap


If you think original kimbap is boring, try this special kimbap! 🙂

< ingredients >

beef (for bulgogi) 500g

dried laver for kimbap

sesame leaves and sprouts

*seasoning:

5 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sugar

one tablespoon garlic juice

one tablespoon cooking wine

one tablespoon sesame oil

some chives

sesame seed

pepper

prepare beef for bulgogi

make seasoning

mix beef with seasoning

leave it for 20 minutes

prepare cleaned vegetables

cook seasoned beef


mix rice with sesame oil, sesame seed and a little bit salt

make a kimbap with seasoned beef and vegetables


cut into several pieces
