cold jellyfish and vegetables

jellyfish salad with vegetable!

< Ingredients >

salted jellyfish 500g

one cucumber

1/2 carrot

1/2 paprika (yellow and red)

some crab stick and ham



prepare salted jellyfish

soak in cold water for 30 minutes

wash well and drain

slight blanch for 4~5 seconds and drain

In a bowl, mix vinger with sugar and put jellyfish in the water for 30 minutes

prepare all sliced vegetable, crab stick and ham

put all in dish

add some mustard sauce

mix well
