fried seaweed stems


this one is so popular side dish in Korea 😀

< Ingredients >

salted seaweed stems 200g

4 chillies

one tablespoon crushed garlic

one tablespoon sesame oil

some sesame seed

oil

prepare ingredients

wash seaweed stems and soak in cold water for 20 minutes

slice into several pieces

slice chillies

In greased pan, pan-fry seaweed steam and crushed garlic

put sliced chillies

add sesame oil and cook (add salt if need)

sprinkle sesame seed
